April & May Grand Jury indicted 38 defendants on 55 felony charges
The Jasper County Grand Jury in their April and May sessions indicted 38 defendants on 55 felony charges:
Darrell Wayne Williamson, 36, of Pineland – Five January of 2023 counts of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, and eight January of 2023 counts of Credit or Debit Card Abuse with an Elderly Victim. Williamson is accused of possessing and using five identifying documents belonging to Frances Hammaker, an individual who is older than 65 years of age. Williamson is also accused of using a debit card belonging to Hammaker at WalMart, Brookshire Brothers, Cass-App, Conoco, an ATM machine, and Napa Auto Parts.
Thomas Anthony Berger, 50, of Jasper – January 2021 charge of Driving While Intoxicated-Third or More.
Darrell T. Harvey, 60, of Jasper – February of 2023 charge of Assault of a Family or House Member by Impeding Breathing or Circulation. Harvey is accused of assaulting and causing bodily injury to Aeleithia Young by choking her at her neck.
Laci Lynell Harper, 32, of Kirbyville – July of 2022 charge of Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person with Intent to Cause Bodily Harm. Harper is accused of causing bodily injury to a child under the age of 14 by pushing him and jumping on his back.
Donald Bebert, 42, of Broussard, LA – February of 2023 charge of Theft of Material/Aluminum/Bronze/Copper/Brass. Hebert is accused of stealing aluminum from Huey Whitton.
Bradford Cardale Shaw, 42, of Jasper – February of 2023 charge of Arson with Intent to Damage a Habitation or Place of Worship. Shaw is accused of throwing an ignitable liquid on a home in Jasper.
Brandon Lee West, 24, of Kirbyville – February 2023 charge of Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of a Known Felon. West is accused of concealing and hindering the arrest of Jacob Jones.
Aaron Clay Connally, 26, of Buna – Two February of 2023 counts of Theft of Property. Connally is accused of stealing a Honda Pioneer 1000 SXS and a Pequea TRSTD5 trailer from Shawn Zimmerman.
LaDaesha Simone McQueen, 22, of Jasper – July 2020 charge of Credir or Debit Card Abuse with an Elderly Victim. McQueen is accused of using a debit card belonging to Carole Davies.
Dora Eclane Duclion, 25, of Nederland – November of 2022 charge of Abandoning or Endangering a Child with Intentional Criminal Neglect. Duclion is accused of intentionally abandoning a child under the age of 15 in a place under circumstances that exposed the child to an unreasonable risk of harm, and also beating the child with a belt, and then not voluntarily delivering the child to a designated emergency infant care provider.
Keana Rae Ratcliff Hogan, 25, of Silsbee – November of 2022 charge of Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person with Reckless Bodily Injury. Hogan is accused of causing bodily injury to a child under the age of 14 by hitting her with a belt.
Larry Waylon Metcalf, 55, of Silsbee – July of 2022 charge of Theft of Property. Metcalf is accused of stealing diesel fuel from Eric Hunt.
Amber Lynn Mock, 32, of Jasper – February of 2023 charges of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and August 2022 charge of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Mock is accused of stealing a vehicle from Todd McDonald, and she also accused of possessing a firearm on two occasions, having been previously convicted of Abandoning or Endangering a Child through Criminal Neglect.
James Allen Watson, 69, of Batson – September of 2022 charge of Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person with Intentional Bodily Injury. Watson is accused of assaulting and injuring Charles McCauley.
Elias Terrell Brumley, 22, of Jasper – February of 2023 charge of Burglary of a Habitation. Brumley is accused of burglarizing a home owned by Dent Mays.
Nathan Paul Woods, 60, of Buna – January of 2023 charge of Sexual Assault of a Child. Woods is accused of sexually assaulting a female child less than 17 years of age.
Edward Troy Villamero, 40, of Jasper – March of 2023 charge of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register Annually for Lifetime.
Louis Antonio Seale Hafford, 48, of Jasper – September of 2020 charge of Theft of Property with Two or More Previous Convictions. Hafford is accused of stealing shower curtains, hand towels, bath towels, and various food items from WalMart.
Richard DeWayne Harris, 37, of Jasper – March 2023 charge of Theft of Property with Two or More Previous Convictions. Harris is accused of stealing packages of meat from Brookshire Brothers.
Timothy Parker, 19, of Beaumont – May of 2021 charge of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Parker is accused of stealing a vehicle from Al Adams.
Tametra Chantrell Adams, 43, of Jasper – May of 2020 charge of Theft of Property with Two or More Previous Convictions. Adams is accused of stealing ChapStick from Family Dollar.

Audrey Gail Phillips, 33, of Call – April of 2021 (Methamphetamine)
Tony Lowe, 48, of Jasper – July of 2021 (Methamphetamine)
